Easy Signed Memorabilia Returns

We will gladly accept the return of an item due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Any shipping costs associated with returned items will be the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate a return, please contact us. Be sure to include your order number, the item you'd like to return, and the reason for the return.

Items NOT Eligible for return or exchange:

  • All custom orders, including custom framed photos and jerseys
  • Game Used and Game Issued Items
  • Vintage Items
  • Merchandise that has been received 30 days prior to return request

Items with Limited Eligibility for return or exchange:

Print on Demand items, including, but not limited to:

  • That's My MVP
  • Let's Go Buffalo
  • Nations of Buffalo

These products are returnable under these circustances:

  • Clear proof that there is a printing defect:
    • design is pulling from shirt
    • design is offset or skewed
  • Wrong size was delivered (need clear picture of tag)

Any other reasons for returning will be determined at TSE discretion.  May be subject to restocking fee.  Customer is responsible for shipping back to TSE office.  If approved, TSE store credit will be issued in lieu of refund.

Returning Damaged Items

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of package if your merchandise has been damaged in transit of shipment or is defective.
  • Please include pictures of the damaged item and the shipping containers with your request (picture sizes are limited so please choose the smaller setting on your camera or phone when sending pictures)
  • For damaged items we will issue a return label, it is the customers responsibility to see that the package is available for pickup by carrier, or to drop off the package within 7 business days of receipt to be eligible for refund.
  • The customer must save all original packaging including packing materials to reseal the package for return.  Damage claims will not be processed if the item is not in its original packaging. 
  • If carrier determines the item was damaged during shipping we will issue a complete refund of the purchase price of the item and shipping charges back to the credit card used to make the purchase.  Damaged in transit returns will not be assessed any fees.
