TSE Buffalo Sweepstakes Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

This Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by TSE Buffalo, located at 3170 Orchard Park Road, Orchard Park, NY 14127 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the USA, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on Tuesday, November 18th, 2025 and ends on Tuesday, November 25th, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”). 

4. How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, participants may enter by filling out the sweepstakes form.

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.

5. Winner Selection

On or about November, 25th, 2025, Sponsor will select 1 potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be notified via email / phone / social media message / in-person within 3 days of the drawing. 

7. Prize(s)

No cash or other substitution may be made, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance.

8. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner’s consent for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, city/state, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or misdirected entries, or for technical malfunctions or human error.

10. Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation or receipt of any prize.

11. Disputes

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually and without resort to class action.

12. Privacy

Information submitted by entrants will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policies.
