In the past few weeks, we identified an issue with the QR code on your TSE hologram. This issue results from an error by the design company (please click here for letter from our partner NovaVision on this issue). This issue does not affect authenticity but the original search when a QR Code is scanned. If you scan your item and get a message that your item is not in the database, please manually enter the complete hologram number and submit again.
TSE Holograms affected number range - AA25001 - AA60000
Should you still be having an issue please e-mail a picture of your item and the hologram to authentication@totalsportsent.com.
If your hologram in question is from Beckett please also e-mail us a picture of your item and the hologram with "Beckett" in the Subject Line.
